Using OIKEXA
Terms of Service

These Terms describe the conditions under which Samxon Global LLC ("we") makes OIKEXA available to churches and other authorized organizations ("customers"). OIKEXA is a church management platform, not a bank or a financial institution.
1. Accounts and authority
When creating a church account, you represent that you have authority to act for the organization. You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized users, and protecting sign-in credentials. Use of OIKEXA must comply with applicable law.
2. Plans and capacity
The Free plan is available with a limit of 25 member records. The Pro plan supports up to 500 member records, at $19.99 per month or $199 per year, before applicable taxes. A paid plan becomes available after successful subscription activation. Features and plans available to new customers may change; any applicable new price is displayed before a purchase.
3. Billing and payment
Once paid billing launches, a Pro subscription will automatically renew each month or year according to the plan selected until canceled. Customers may cancel at any time before the next renewal to stop future charges. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and Pro access continues until that period ends, unless applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly agree to different terms. Cancellation does not create an automatic refund of unused time; partial or prorated refunds are not generally offered, except when required by law or approved by Samxon Global LLC. Payments are processed through Stripe. The customer is responsible for valid payment information and applicable taxes. See our Billing & Cancellations policy for details.
4. Customer information
Customers retain responsibility for the records they submit, including verifying that they have permission to collect and enter personal information. Do not submit unlawful information or use the service to harass others or access data belonging to another organization.
5. Access changes
We may restrict access in cases of unpaid subscriptions, suspected unauthorized activity or material violations of these terms. Expiration of a Pro subscription does not automatically delete existing member records; however, further additions may be blocked by the Free plan's 25-member limit.
6. Availability and changes
Software and cloud services may require updates or maintenance. We work to provide reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Preview and pre-release capabilities are not guaranteed features of a paid plan.
7. Church administration and data responsibility
The customer church is responsible for deciding what personal information to collect and disclose, ensuring any necessary notice or consent, keeping its records accurate, managing its authorized staff and ministry users, and using OIKEXA in compliance with applicable law. Church administrators must review role permissions, promptly revoke access when users leave their positions, safeguard devices and account credentials, and take reasonable precautions when exporting or sharing sensitive records. The customer is responsible for acts and omissions of its authorized users to the extent permitted by law.
8. Customer-caused security incidents
To the extent permitted by law, Samxon Global LLC is not responsible for losses or unauthorized disclosures to the extent actually caused by the customer's negligent, unauthorized or unlawful actions or omissions, including intentional password sharing, granting inappropriate permissions, failure to revoke access, disclosure of exported records without adequate safeguards, or leaving customer-controlled devices and accounts unprotected. Responsibility is allocated according to each party's actual contribution to the incident; this provision does not excuse Samxon Global LLC's own acts or omissions.
9. OIKEXA security commitments
Samxon Global LLC remains responsible for maintaining reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards for the OIKEXA systems and data processing under its control, consistent with applicable law. No online service is immune from every risk; this statement does not disclaim obligations that cannot legally be excluded. Each party will cooperate reasonably and lawfully in investigating relevant incidents. Customers should promptly report suspected unauthorized account activity or data exposure to support@oikexa.com.
10. Third-party claims and customer indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the customer will defend and indemnify Samxon Global LLC against reasonable third-party claims, losses and expenses to the extent resulting directly from the customer's unlawful collection or disclosure of information, unauthorized use of records, or material breach of these Terms. This duty does not require indemnification for harm attributable to Samxon Global LLC's own negligence, wrongdoing or legal violations, and any allocation is subject to applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Samxon Global LLC's aggregate liability for ordinary contractual claims arising from the OIKEXA service will not exceed the fees paid by the affected customer for that service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 for a customer using only the Free plan. This limit does not apply to non-waivable legal rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, recklessness or gross negligence where such exclusions are prohibited.
12. Terms acceptance and records
An authorized representative of a church must expressly accept the applicable Terms during account creation when this acceptance feature is enabled. OIKEXA may maintain an acceptance record containing the authenticated account identifier, church identifier, policy version, acceptance method and server-recorded date and time. These records are used to document the agreement and support dispute resolution; see our Privacy Policy. An update to these Terms may require renewed affirmative acceptance before it applies to an existing customer's continued use, where appropriate or required by law.
13. Limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OIKEXA is provided without guarantees that it will meet every church's specific needs. Nothing here limits consumer or other rights that cannot legally be excluded. Additional terms may apply to separate future donation-processing services; they are not included in today's Pro subscription.
